Description

What does anti-racist servant leadership look like? The intention of this circle is to provide a space for any member of our Greater Washington USNA alumni community to reflect and gain insight on what it means to be anti-racist. This is an opportunity to connect with other servant leaders around issues of systemic racism and to explore how we might better serve our alma mater, our community, and our country.

Purpose of discussion

  • To acknowledge that this is only the start of a conversation that should extend beyond a virtual discussion and should translate to a change in our thinking and in our behavior.
  • Discuss how the Naval Academy and our alumni can better empower our community of servant leaders around issues of anti-racism.
